Where a service fee has been charged for a defined scope of work (e.g. company registration, GST filing set-up), refunds may be requested before work has commenced.
Once a filing has been submitted to a government portal (MCA, GST, Income Tax) or an application has been made to a fund house/insurer, the fee for that specific service becomes non-refundable, as third-party processing has already begun.
Financial Adviser does not charge a separate advisory fee on standard mutual fund or insurance transactions under our distribution model. Any AMC/insurer-specific charges (such as exit loads) are governed by that provider's terms, not by us.
Refund requests can be sent to [email protected] with your service reference number. Eligible refunds are processed within 7–10 working days.
